Getting to see the other offers is revolutionary in the real estate industry and gets sellers way above market value for their homes. How? It’s all about open competition, taking the blindfolds off the buyers, treating them like adults, and letting them offer what they want to offer for your home.

All other agents use a system called “BLIND Highest and Best” where buyers are given no info about the other offers. They’re told to just do their best and see if they get the property. There will always be money left on the table and It doesn’t matter if there are 3 or 300 offers, they’re all pretty much around the same number because buyers have no idea what number they have to beat in order to be the top offer. Does this make any sense?

If you want to get the most out of Olympic athletes, would you put each athlete in separate arenas and tell them to just guess how hard they need to push to get the gold medal? Of course not.
